News (7/23/2009): Per conversations with both our t-shirt suppllier and our caterer, we are able to extend the late entry dealine to August 15th. Therefore, any entries postmarked on or before August 15th will not have to pay the additional $25 entry fee, and will still be able to order a t-shirt.
Cost of the Match:
$75 if postmarked by August 1st 15th, 2009
$50 for accompanied juniors if postmarked by August 1st 15th, 2009
Add $25 per application for entried postmarked after August 1st 15th.
One T-Shirt is included in your entry fee (Apps postmarked after August 1st 15th will not receive a T-shirt). Please make sure to put your size on the application.
Catered meals are available for a cost of $8.00 per meal. Please mark the quantity you want, and add the cost to your entry fee.
